Intercom Channel

Integrate your existing Intercom chat with Boei's widget. Opens your Intercom Messenger when clicked.

How to get there: Go to Setup → Widget in the top menu → click your widget → click Add Channel and select Intercom.

Setup

  1. Make sure Intercom is installed on your website
  2. Open your widget editor
  3. Click Add Channel
  4. Select Intercom
  5. Save

Note: Intercom must be enabled on your website before this channel will work.

How It Works

When visitors click the Intercom channel in your Boei widget, it triggers your Intercom Messenger to open. This lets you consolidate all contact options in one place.

Business Hours

  • Hide when out of office - Only show during business hours
  • Show only when out of office - Use as alternative contact

  • Custom conversion event - Track clicks in analytics
