Crisp Channel

Integrate your existing Crisp chat with Boei's widget. Opens your Crisp chat when clicked.

How to get there: Go to Setup → Widget in the top menu → click your widget → click Add Channel and select Crisp.

Setup

  1. Make sure Crisp is installed on your website
  2. Open your widget editor
  3. Click Add Channel
  4. Select Crisp
  5. Save

Note: Crisp must be enabled on your website before this channel will work.

How It Works

When visitors click the Crisp channel in your Boei widget, it triggers your Crisp chat to open. This lets you keep all contact options in one organized menu.

Business Hours

  • Hide when out of office - Only show during business hours
  • Show only when out of office - Use as alternative contact

Tracking

  • Custom conversion event - Track clicks in analytics
