Date Ranges and Filters

Narrow down the analytics view to the exact time period, widget, or channel you want to see.

How to get there: Go to Analytics in the top menu → use the controls at the top of the page.

Date Range Picker

The date range dropdown supports common presets and custom ranges:

  • Last 7 days — rolling week (most useful for trend spotting)
  • Last 30 days — rolling month (default for most cards)
  • Last 90 days — quarterly view
  • This month / Last month — calendar month
  • Custom range — pick any start and end date

All cards on the page update when you change the date range.

Period-Over-Period Comparison

When a date range is selected, most cards show the percentage change vs. the equivalent previous period. For example, "Last 7 days" compares against the 7 days before that.

A green arrow with + is an improvement; a red arrow with - is a decline. The exception is "Bounce rate" or any metric where lower is better — direction is flipped automatically.

Widget Filter

By default, the dashboard aggregates data across all your widgets. Use the widget selector to drill into a single widget.

This is essential for:

  • A/B testing — comparing Widget A vs. Widget B
  • Multi-brand setups where each brand has its own widget
  • Diagnosing a specific widget that recently changed

Channel Filter

Some cards (channel clicks, lead capture) can be filtered by channel. Use this to see, for example, only WhatsApp performance over time.

Saving Views

The date range and widget filter persist in the URL. Bookmark a filtered view to return to it instantly, or share the URL with a teammate to show them the exact same data.
