Analytics Dashboard

See how your widget, chatbot, and channels are performing in one place. The dashboard surfaces the metrics that matter for lead capture and chatbot quality.

How to get there: Go to Analytics in the top menu.

What You See

The Analytics dashboard is organized into cards and charts grouped by topic:

  • Widget performance — pageviews, widget impressions, channel clicks, and click-through rate
  • Chatbot activity — conversations started, messages sent, and AI credits used
  • Lead capture — leads collected, lead source breakdown, and lead conversion rate
  • Channels — which channels are clicked most and how each one performs

Each card supports a date range filter and most cards can be expanded to a full chart view.

Selecting a Widget

By default, analytics show data across all your widgets combined. Use the widget selector at the top of the page to drill into a single widget's performance.

This is essential when running A/B tests so you can compare each variant in isolation.

Date Ranges

Use the date range dropdown to switch between common ranges (last 7 days, last 30 days, last 90 days, this month, last month) or pick a custom range.

When comparing periods, the dashboard automatically calculates the percentage change vs. the previous equivalent period.

Exporting Data

Most charts have a download button in the top right that exports the underlying data as CSV. You can also use the REST API to pull analytics into your own reporting tools.
