Analytics Overview

Track how your widgets and chatbots perform so you know what's working and what to improve.

How to get there: Click Analytics in the top menu.

What you can see

The Analytics page surfaces the key metrics for your widgets and chatbots:

  • Conversations - total volume, trend over time, per-widget and per-chatbot breakdowns
  • Engagement - how many visitors clicked the widget, opened the chatbot, sent at least one message
  • Resolution - share of conversations the AI handled vs escalated to a human agent
  • Leads - how many contacts were captured (email, phone, lead-flow completions)
  • Channel performance - which channels visitors actually use (WhatsApp, email, chat, etc.)

Use the date picker to compare periods (e.g. this month vs last month) and the dropdown filters to drill into a specific widget, chatbot, or website.

Per-chatbot performance

For deeper AI-specific metrics (knowledge score, training quality, source citations, conversation outcomes), go to Setup → Chatbot → click your chatbot → Training → Performance.

Email reports

Want a weekly summary in your inbox without opening the dashboard? Configure scheduled email reports in Setup → Widget → click your widget → Email Reports. See Email Reports.

Exporting data

The Inbox supports CSV export of conversations and the Contacts page supports CSV export of contacts. For programmatic access, use the REST API.
