AI Reply Suggestions

Get intelligent response suggestions powered by AI. When you're replying to customer messages, the AI can draft responses based on the conversation context and your knowledge base.

How to get there: Go to Inbox in the top menu → open a conversation → click the AI Suggest button.

How It Works

  1. Open a conversation in your Inbox
  2. Click the AI Suggest button
  3. The AI analyzes the conversation and your trained content
  4. A suggested reply appears
  5. Edit as needed and send

What the AI Considers

The AI generates replies based on:

  • Conversation history - What's been discussed
  • Customer question - The specific inquiry
  • Your knowledge base - Content from your trained chatbot
  • Tone settings - Your configured communication style

Using AI Suggestions

Accept and Send

If the suggestion is good:

  1. Review the suggested text
  2. Click Use This Reply or copy to compose
  3. Send to the customer

Edit First

If the suggestion needs adjustment:

  1. Copy the suggestion to your compose field
  2. Make your changes
  3. Send the edited version

Generate Another

If the suggestion doesn't fit:

  1. Click Regenerate
  2. The AI will try a different approach
  3. Repeat until satisfied
