Jivo chat is not hidden on load

We just published a fix for Jivochat. Previously, Boei and Jivochat were popping up together on the screen. The fix has been tested with several Jivochat button.

Support WeChat
Integration

Your customers can now contact you on WeChat via Boei 🥳

They can scan your WeChat QR Code and start chatting with you on WeChat.
It will work as follows: When the user clicks the WeChat option, he/she will see the QR code of WeChat that you have uploaded in Boei.
This way, customers can scan the QR code and start chatting with you 😀

Provide current users emailadress
Feature

Re-entering information already shared can be annoying.

A new feature is now available to prefill customer's email and name when they are using the widgets.

It works quite simple with just hidden input fields. You should add the hidden fields to your website and then load Boei regularly.

Option to add subject to contact form
Feature

Some customer ticket-systems need to use a subject line. Inventing a subject line can be difficult so having a field in Boei populated with it works well.
It is now possible to optionally add a subject field in Boei's contact form widget.
Results are shared over Slack, Webhooks, and email.

Bug: Custom button does not keep track for interactions when hidden

This bug has now been fixed 💪

The issue was happening for users that have hidden the Boei button, but were still using the custom trigger open it.

Now all interactions are being tracked for these buttons (starting today).

Out of office for selected helpers

You can now set business hours and hide specific helpers when you are offline.
This helps to reduce phone calls or Whatsapp messages when you are sleeping.

Helpers are hidden when you are out of office. This comes from a UX perspective: it is annoying to click something, only to find out that it's not available.

This feature is the most upvoted one to date, thanks for your votes 😍

Hide on pages does not hide CTA

Fixed issue with hide on pages. The bubble was hidden. But, the CTA message was not. This is now fixed and both are hidden.

Add name field to newsletter signup and contact form

All widgets can now request the name of your customer along with the other information. This is optional.
The field can have any label which allows for international variations as well. The field can be inputted by browser suggestion to help your customers.
