It is possible to communicate a simple message in Boei 😀

Two options:

1. Markdown channel: when you open this channel, the customer sees your message.
2. Welcome message: when you open the widget itself, the customer sees your message directly without clicking another channel

You can enter a custom thank you page on many channels 🚀
This will give a good user experience and also allow conversions to be tracked for ad campaigns.

It is now possible to only display the call to action message for new visitors 🙌

When a visitor comes to your site, he will see the call to action. When he moves to another page, the cta will not be displayed. This is not using a cookie, so if the customer visits your site the next day, he will see the message again.

The same applies for auto opening of the widget.

We've upgraded the Skype contact option to enhance your experience! With this update, users can now initiate either a Skype call or chat directly from the Boei platform via our enhanced landing page.

• Upon selecting Skype as the contact method, our system will automatically prompt the Skype app to open, initiating a call or chat based on your preference.
• If the Skype app is not detected on the user's device, the landing page will provide clear instructions advising them to either install Skype or choose another contact method.

We introduced a domain layer. And the coolest part: you can set conditions on the domain.
