We've upgraded the Skype contact option to enhance your experience! With this update, users can now initiate either a Skype call or chat directly from the Boei platform via our enhanced landing page.

• Upon selecting Skype as the contact method, our system will automatically prompt the Skype app to open, initiating a call or chat based on your preference.
• If the Skype app is not detected on the user's device, the landing page will provide clear instructions advising them to either install Skype or choose another contact method.

You can now open your ProductLift Sidebar with roadmap, changelog, or voting board directly from Boei.

Boei does now support Instagram DM messages 💪

Signal is a messenger app that is free to use and focuses on privacy. Boei now supports Signal 🙌
You can chat with leads directly from your website. You can also hide Signal when you are out-of-office.

You can now display a Youtube video directly in Boei. When your customer clicks the helper, the video will auto start 🙌

It is now possible to display custom HTML directly in Boei. When you click the helper, a widget shows next to Boei with your custom HTML. This can be a video, a message, an image, or anything else.

It is now possible to add your TikTok profile to the Boei menu 😀

Your customers can now contact you on WeChat via Boei 🥳

They can scan your WeChat QR Code and start chatting with you on WeChat.
It will work as follows: When the user clicks the WeChat option, he/she will see the QR code of WeChat that you have uploaded in Boei.
This way, customers can scan the QR code and start chatting with you 😀
