Widget copyable across domains

With the new domain grouping feature, widgets cannot be copied across domains. This causes inconvenience to users who have multiple domains and need to copy the same widget across them.

Request the ability to copy a widget across domains even if the domain grouping feature is enabled.

You can now move a widget to another domain. So to copy it, you can first duplicate it and then move it to the other domain.
