Defined variables, data in the panel that can be used (custom field).
Inspiration: personalization mailing systems, livechat, form etc.

@Jack S.: The example you shared makes sense for email newsletters because then you have a customer base where you can refer to. While Boei does not have this customer base, I don't know how this would work in practice for Boei. I like the thinking though.

Could be reused in e-mail notification, chat etc.

It would be nice to be able to use the data for returning customers.
It is a convenience both for them (you do not have to re-enter data in the form), but also for you (you know who you are talking to).
You probably need cookies? 🍪

Indeed, for returning customers, Boei could save it. But then this idea is more about that instead of variables from a CRM. Agree? (we should focus idea, otherwise nobody understands/votes on them :))
