SMS is now a full inbox and AI channel, not just a widget deep-link. Two-way SMS conversations run through the Inbox with automatic routing based on visitor country, a credits system, per-agent SMS toggle, escalation email improvements, and inline setup guides. The AI chatbot handles SMS threads end-to-end.
