We've upgraded the Skype contact option to enhance your experience! With this update, users can now initiate either a Skype call or chat directly from the Boei platform via our enhanced landing page.
- Upon selecting Skype as the contact method, our system will automatically prompt the Skype app to open, initiating a call or chat based on your preference.
- If the Skype app is not detected on the user's device, the landing page will provide clear instructions advising them to either install Skype or choose another contact method.
