Show BOEI after a certain amount of scroll

Hi there,
Currently on Wordpress, the BOEI widget is shown immediately.
But what if I want it to be shown after a certain amount of pixels has been scrolled (or after x amount of time)?
It would be nice if we could set it up either in the WP plugin or in BOEI backend...
