When customer data is set via the SDK, it would be great to personalize the chatbot greeting with the customer's name, such as "Hi [name]".

In Ireland (and many other markets), everyone goes on a first name basis. Being able to greet customers personally would make the chatbot experience much more friendly and engaging.
This would leverage the customer data already being passed through the SDK to create a more personalized conversational experience.
