Possibility to refer to the knowledge base, external links by the searched keywords.

Thanks for your idea. I believe this is already possible using the Link-Helper. You can refer to any page you desire including knowledge bases 😀

@Jack S.: If you want a HelpShelf integration, then please make it specific. But typically any knowledge base can be linked to from Boei 😀

I am more concerned with being able to build a knowledge base within Boei. But only in the form of Title / URL (+ tags/keywords)
So that someone can find an answer based on the title or keywords, without the need to write an e-mail or contact (self-help)

For that would need to add bookmarks (URL). And the ability to search them by title / tags.
