Frase is an AI Chatbot that uses your website content to automatically answer visitor questions.
It would be great if Boei can integrate with this, so a customer can start a chatbot using Boei.
Frase does not seem to offer a Javascript API anymore. Earlier, I found this page: https://help.frase.io/article/174-basic-functions
But that does not exist anymore.
Until they have a method for Boei to open Frase, I need to put this item on hold.
This would be super awesome! My suggested use case would be: frase bot loads first so that users can ask questions and the bot can gather useful data and research. When live support is required, clicking on the button/tab in frase bot will open up boei and users can then select their preferred communication channel from the list of supported channels 😀
