Hide "app.boei.help" on clicks?

When visitors click a helper, the link shows "app.boei.help wants to open...."

Is it possible to hide / change that mention?
It could be confusing for visitors, especially if, for example, they click "phone us", and they need to pick the phone app from their computer.
The message says "https:/app.boei.help wants to open this application" (Who?!?! Is it a virus!?)
