Gleam Integration - for advanced bug reporting

BugBattle is back on AppSumo with a new name! I missed the original deal but now Gleam looks to be a pretty feature-rich option for users to report glitches/bugs while attaching videos and device data. The one concern I seem to hear is that it's a bit heavy on resources. Would there be a way to have a lighter platform (maybe Boei) load initially and then only pull up Gleam, JivoChat, or whatever heavier but company-specific tools after they are called?

Thanks for your request! This is added to Boei’s wish list. New integrations and features are being planned and built from that wishlist. We will look at the number of votes an idea has and prioritize based on that.
