@Ruben: This is not an easy workaround, as I then have to always edit every email in the helpdesk system to change the from email to the actual client email.
Thanks for your request! This is added to Boei’s wish list. New integrations and features are being planned and built from that wishlist. We will look at the number of votes an idea has and prioritize based on that.
As a workaround, I suggest to use Boei's contact form widget with your freshdesk email. This way, new tickets will be added in Freshdesk easily 😀
