Field names in email and required

For the call me back widget (but probably for others too):
Expected: When you add the "when are you available" field, it is mandatory.
Actual: The field is not required.
Also the field names in the email you get do not match the custom names. Makes sense to align this.

All widgets now display the name of the field when you receive an email 💪
The bug with the required comment field has been resolved.
