In the feedback channel, if feedback is maximum (5 stars), allow redirection of the user to a link (e.g., Google Reviews, Trustpilot, etc.). Another option is to use the Thanking message with a condition (same condition of review/feedback being positive/max), providing different thank you messages based on the number of reviews.
