IF we put in the extra comments on feedback, you then require input in that box. We should be able to leave that up to the customer. If they just want to click a smiley, fine. If they want to add more, they should have the opportunity to do so rather than get an error because they didn't put something in the box. That's a bad customer experience. (Unclear whether this category is bug or feature; I chose bug because it should be a simple fix, rather than adding an entire feature.) Thanks!
