I just noticed that if the widget is opened by the user before the CTA delay time the CTA still appears.
Might be good to have a setting 'Don't show CTA if widget already opened by user'?

Thanks for your idea! This is added to Boei’s wish list. New integrations and features are being planned and built from that wishlist. We will look at the number of votes an idea has and prioritize based on that.
