Disable or Enable Boei on specific pages

Some users may only want to use Boei on converting pages. Sometimes you want to hide Boei during checkout. Enable a list of pages where the plugin IS or IS NOT showing.

I see the option to ELIMINATE pages for display, but I also need the option to ADD pages.
