Chatbot management redesign
The chatbot management area is now a tabs + sidebar layout with Identity, Behavior (with Topic Limits and Response defaults), Capabilities checklist and primary goal, Actions Command Center, plus Privacy and Notifications sub-tabs consolidated into a single opinionated picker.
