Double structure for Boei helpers

Adding a double-level structure at least for messengers for Boei.

For example, on mobile, we don't have much space vertically and if we want to put every messenger there, it will take all the free space up to the ceiling.

But if we could wrap all the messengers (WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, Facebook, etc) into one button which would unwrap into second layer showing all these messengers, we could save a lot of vertical space for other buttons (mail, request, feedback, callback, online chat, etc).
