Add an SMS button so visitors can send you a text message directly.
How to get there: Go to Setup → Widget in the top menu → click your widget → click Add Channel and select SMS.

- Open your widget editor
- Click Add Channel
- Select SMS
- Enter your phone number (with country code)
- Save

Pre-filled Message
Set a default message that appears in the SMS:
"Hi, I'm contacting you from your website..."
Customers can edit before sending.
Display as QR Code
Show a scannable QR code - great for desktop visitors.
Open in New Window
Opens the SMS app in a new window (where supported).
Business Hours
- Hide when out of office - Only show during business hours
- Show only when out of office - Use as alternative contact
