Add Skype to your widget so visitors can call or message you through Microsoft's communication platform.
How to get there: Go to Setup → Widget in the top menu → click your widget → click Add Channel and select Skype.
Channel Types
Boei offers two Skype options:
Skype Profile
Links to your Skype profile.
Skype Chat
Opens a direct chat or call.
Setup
- Open your widget editor
- Click Add Channel
- Select Skype or Skype Chat
- Enter your Skype username
- Save
Options
Display as QR Code
Show a scannable QR code linking to your Skype profile.
Open in New Window
Opens Skype in a new browser tab.
Business Hours
- Hide when out of office - Only show during business hours
- Show only when out of office - Use as alternative contact
Tracking
- Custom conversion event - Track clicks in analytics
- Redirect after contact - Send to thank you page
