Referrals and payouts

Open Partners → Settings → Affiliate links to find your website referral link and direct signup link. Copy the link you want to share. Overview shows visits, signups, paying referrals, earnings and recorded payouts.

Signups appear with a unique reference instead of a customer name. All referrals appear in Clients from signup onward. Paying updates their status in the same row. Names and email addresses are shown only with permission or approval from Boei. Referrals without management access can change this under Account & Billing → Partner collaboration. With approved agency access, their identity stays visible while access is active. The client must revoke agency access to remove that access.

Referral key

You can edit your referral key under Settings → Affiliate links. New keys use lowercase letters, numbers and supported separators. Boei reserves its own name and other misleading or system-related words. Existing historical keys can remain, even if they do not meet today's rules.

Commission

Eligible referrals earn 30% for the first 12 months from the client's first paid subscription. An agency with an active affiliate role can qualify automatically when a client accepts management within 14 days of signup and has no previous referrer or partner connection. The client may already have paid. Eligible earlier payments within those 14 days also count. Other existing accounts need approval. Reseller accounts do not also earn affiliate commission.

Payout details

Open Settings → Payout settings → Edit bank details. Enter the full bank account-holder name, IBAN and bank country. Add the BIC/SWIFT where needed. Bank details are stored securely.

Commissions have a 30-day hold. Boei reviews bank-transfer payouts monthly when available commission reaches $100 USD. For other currencies, agree the conversion with Boei before payout.

Recorded payouts appear in the payouts list. Historical amounts with an unknown currency need review. Total earnings · Estimated is the total earned amount, not a statement of what is still due.
