Agency Pricing

Build a custom plan for your agency by picking exactly the modules you need. Add more as you grow, and volume discounts apply automatically.

How to get there: Go to Account in the top menu. If your account is configured for agency pricing, you will see the modular plan builder.

What Is Agency Pricing?

Agency pricing is a modular pricing model designed for agencies, resellers, and anyone managing multiple client accounts. Instead of choosing a fixed plan tier, you build your own plan by selecting the number of each module you need:

  • Domains — website domains across your agency (shared between all clients)
  • Chatbots — AI chatbots across your agency (shared between all clients)
  • Live Chat Agents — agent seats for live chat support
  • Extra AI Credits — additional monthly AI credits beyond what is included with chatbots
  • Custom Domain — host the admin panel on your own domain (e.g., app.youragency.com)
  • Custom Powered-By — replace the default "Made with Boei" branding with your own text and link

Each module has a per-unit monthly price shown on the plan builder. You can add or remove units using the + and - buttons.

How to Subscribe

Your account needs to be enabled for agency pricing. Please contact support@boei.help to enable that.

  1. Go to Account in the top menu
  2. Choose Monthly or Annual billing (annual saves 25%)
  3. Select your preferred currency (USD, EUR, or GBP)
  4. Adjust the quantity for each module using the + and - buttons
  5. Review the pricing summary at the bottom, which shows the per-module cost, subtotal, any volume discount, and your total
  6. Click Subscribe to proceed to checkout

Volume Discounts

Volume discounts are applied automatically based on your total monthly spend (calculated at monthly prices, even if you pay annually). The higher your spend, the larger the discount percentage applied to your entire plan.

The pricing summary shows your current discount tier. If you are close to the next tier, a nudge message appears showing how much more you need to add to unlock it.

How Limits Work

Domains and chatbots are shared across your entire agency. This means all your clients draw from the same pool.

For example, if your plan includes 20 domains and 10 chatbots:

  • Client A could use 5 domains and 3 chatbots
  • Client B could use 10 domains and 5 chatbots
  • Client C could use 5 domains and 2 chatbots

You can monitor each client's usage and set advisory soft limits per client in Managing Client Workspaces. Client accounts themselves are unlimited and do not require a module.

Adjusting Your Plan

Already subscribed and need to change your modules?

  1. Go to Account in the top menu
  2. Click Adjust plan
  3. Add or remove modules as needed
  4. The plan builder shows a comparison between your current plan and the new plan, including the monthly price difference
  5. Click Update Plan to confirm

You cannot change your currency after subscribing. The billing interval (monthly/annual) can be changed when adjusting your plan.

How Billing Works

Agency plans are billed through Stripe.

  • Upgrades (adding modules or switching to a higher spend) take effect immediately. You are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period. The exact prorated amount is shown on the Stripe checkout screen before you confirm.
  • Downgrades (removing modules or switching to a lower spend) take effect at your next renewal date. You keep your current features until then.
  • Annual billing saves 25% compared to monthly. The total annual amount is shown in the pricing summary.
  • Prices exclude VAT, which is calculated at checkout based on your location.
