Boei has two partner options. You can use the same partner dashboard for both, but a reseller client does not also earn affiliate commission.
The customer pays Boei directly. Eligible referrals earn 30% commission for the first 12 months from the customer's first paid subscription. A client who accepts management within 14 days of signup, has no previous referrer or partner connection, and connects to an agency with an active affiliate role qualifies automatically. Prior payment is allowed and eligible payments within the first 14 days also count. Other existing accounts need approval.

Approved agencies pay for each client's regular plan and regular subscription add-ons with a 20% discount. The discount applies to the actual regular monthly or annual price. The agency invoices the client and provides first-line support.
There is no reseller discount on separate AI-credit top-ups, services or Custom Whitelabel. Each client has their own plan, limits and credits. New reseller plans do not share capacity across accounts.
Boei arranges plan changes and billing in v1. Use Choose paid plan for a trial or Change plan for a paid client. A request does not automatically charge a card or send an invoice.
Agencies can request a Widget Only package at €123.75 per year before the 20% reseller discount, or €99 per year after discount, excluding VAT. It includes removal of Boei branding and does not include AI chatbot capacity.
Without Custom Whitelabel, normal branding rules apply to each client plan. Remove Boei branding is a client add-on where needed.
Custom Whitelabel costs €99 per month excluding VAT per agency environment. It covers your dashboard branding, domain, SMTP and widget branding across subaccounts, including removal of Boei branding. Client subscriptions are separate.
Existing invoices, payment arrangements and shared agency capacity remain in place until Boei maps a client to a new package. Contact Boei if your account has a different historical agreement.
Existing agency and lifetime-deal bundles can continue as a Shared agency plan. The agency and the clients assigned to that bundle share the purchased capacity. An individual client package has separate capacity. Boei manages these assignments; changing them does not automatically change billing. New sales use individual client plans.
