New accounts start with a trial that unlocks all premium features for a limited time. You'll see a countdown on the Account & Billing page showing when your trial ends.
Plans are shown on the Account & Billing page and vary based on your account. They unlock additional features such as:
Starter includes the website widget plus one distinct connected external inbox, such as one email address or WhatsApp number. Ordinary widget contact buttons do not count toward this connection limit. Two different email addresses count as two connections, even though both use email.
New Starter subscriptions have no active AI action or workflow slots. You can create and edit drafts, including actions installed from the marketplace. To activate them for conversations, upgrade to Growth or another plan with available slots. AI credits and active automation slots are separate limits.
When activation or another connection would exceed your allowance, Boei explains what your plan includes and why an upgrade is needed. Choose Keep editing to return to your setup or Upgrade to open Account & Billing. Editing an existing automation does not silently switch it off; running it still requires an available slot.
Existing eligible Starter accounts retain the connection and active automation allowances captured when these limits were introduced. Connections added during a trial do not become a permanent Starter allowance: after conversion, connections above your allowance are paused. Your Account & Billing page shows the limits that apply to your account.
If you manage multiple clients or run an agency, Boei offers a modular agency pricing model. Instead of a fixed plan, you build your own by picking exactly the modules you need: domains, chatbots, live chat agents, AI credits, and optional add-ons like a custom domain or custom powered-by branding. Volume discounts apply automatically as your spend grows.
