Mobile and Desktop Display

Show different channels on mobile devices vs desktop computers. Some contact methods work better on specific devices.

How to get there: Go to Setup → Widget in the top menu → click your widget → click on a channel → toggle its Mobile and Desktop visibility.

How It Works

  1. Boei detects if the visitor is on mobile or desktop
  2. Only channels enabled for that device are shown
  3. Visitors see the most relevant contact options

Setting Up Device-Specific Display

  1. Open the channel you want to configure
  2. Find the Show on setting
  3. Enable or disable each device

Both Devices

Show the channel on mobile and desktop:

Desktop Only

Show only on desktop computers:

  1. Press Save
