Managing Your Subscription

View and manage your subscription, change plans, update payment details, and download invoices.

How to get there: Go to Account in the top menu.

Your Current Plan

At the top of the Account page you'll see your current plan summary, including:

  • Plan name and what's included (websites, chatbots, live chat agents)
  • Next renewal date
  • An Adjust plan button to upgrade or downgrade

Changing Your Plan

  1. Go to Account in the top menu
  2. Click Adjust plan
  3. Choose your new plan and billing interval (monthly or yearly)
  4. Confirm the change

Upgrades take effect immediately. You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.

Downgrades take effect at your next renewal date. You keep your current features until then, and can cancel the pending change if needed.

Invoices, Payment Method, and Billing Address

Clicking View (Invoices), Update (Payment method), or Update (Billing address) on the Account page opens the Stripe customer portal. From there you can:

  • Download past invoices
  • Update your credit card or payment method
  • Change your billing address, company name, or VAT number

Cancelling Your Plan

  1. Go to Account in the top menu
  2. Scroll down to Cancellation
  3. Click Cancel — this opens the Stripe customer portal where you can confirm

You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account moves to the Free plan. Your data is preserved, but some features may become unavailable.
