The fastest way to get help from the Boei team.

How to get there: Open the Boei widget in the bottom right corner of any Boei page, or email support@boei.help.

In-App Chat

The quickest channel. Click the Boei widget in the bottom right of app.boei.help and start a conversation. The same AI chatbot you give your visitors will try to answer first, then escalate to a human if needed.

Typical response time: minutes during business hours (CET), within one business day outside hours.

Email

Email support@boei.help if your question is long or you need to attach screenshots or logs. Include:

  • Your account email
  • Your widget UUID or chatbot UUID if the question is specific
  • A description of the problem and the URL where it happens
  • A screenshot or screen recording if visual

For service-wide issues, check the status page first to see if Boei is having an incident.

Bug Reports

Bug reports are best filed via in-app chat or email. Include:

  • What you did (steps to reproduce)
  • What you expected
  • What actually happened
  • Browser and OS
