Team Members

Share access to your widgets with team members who will manage them together with you.

How to get there: Go to Setup → Team in the top menu.

Overview

The Team Members feature is great when multiple people work together on the same widgets and channels. All team members have full access to your widgets, channels, inbox, and settings.

If you need to restrict access or create separate workspaces, see Subaccounts instead.

Adding Team Members

  1. Click Setup in the top menu
  2. Click on Team in the Setup submenu
  3. Click the Add button
  4. Enter the person's email address

Adding team member

Boei will either use the person's existing account or create a new one. They'll receive an email notification automatically.

What Team Members Can Access

Team members have access to:

  • All widgets and channels
  • Chatbot settings and training
  • Inbox conversations
  • Contacts and deals
  • Analytics

Revoking Access

  1. Go to Team members
  2. Find the person you want to remove
  3. Click the delete button and confirm

Revoking access

The person will no longer have access to your widgets. Their account remains active for their own widgets.

Best Practices

  • Add team members who need full collaboration access
  • Use subaccounts for clients or separate teams
  • Review team members regularly and remove inactive users
