How to get there: For the website widget, go to Setup → AI agent, select your chatbot, then open Install. For API access, open your profile menu → API Keys.
The Boei website widget streams answers as they arrive. Install the widget and use the JavaScript SDK to open it, ask a question or pass visitor details.

It also supports human takeover, as explained in the native app guide. Keep the API key on your server, outside public browser code.
The widget uses its own visitor-session protocol, including an access token and a conversation ID. Its internal /api/ai_chat/send endpoint is not an anonymous public API for custom apps. A conversation ID alone does not grant access. Use the installed widget for streamed browser chat and the REST API for your own interface.
