Calendly Channel

Add Calendly to your widget so visitors can book meetings directly from your website.

How to get there: Go to Setup → Widget in the top menu → click your widget → click Add Channel and select Calendly.

Setup

  1. Open your widget editor
  2. Click Add Channel
  3. Select Calendly
  4. Enter your Calendly booking page URL (e.g., calendly.com/yourname/30min)
  5. Save

Display Event Details

Show Calendly event information in the widget.

Display Within Widget

Embed the Calendly scheduler directly in your Boei widget instead of redirecting.

Display as QR Code

Show a scannable QR code linking to your booking page.

Open in New Window

Opens Calendly in a new browser tab.

Redirect After Booking

Send visitors to a thank you page after they book.

Business Hours

  • Hide when out of office - Only show during business hours
  • Show only when out of office - Use as alternative when offline

Tracking

  • Custom conversion event - Track bookings in analytics

Tips

  • Embed within widget for seamless booking experience
  • Great for sales demos and consultations
  • Use different event types for different services
  • Consider hiding during off-hours if calendar is full
