Business Hours

Hide channels when you're not available. Don't let customers call and hear voicemail - show alternative contact options instead.

How to get there: Go to Setup → Widget in the top menu → click your widget → click on a channel → configure its Business Hours setting.

How It Works

  1. Set your timezone and office hours
  2. Mark which channels to hide when offline
  3. Boei calculates your availability automatically
  4. Channels hide when you're out of office

Setting Up Business Hours

Step 1: Enable Out of Office

  1. Open your widget and go to Customize your widget
  2. Click Out-of-office and enable it

Step 2: Set Your Timezone

Select your timezone to ensure accurate scheduling:

Step 3: Configure Office Hours

Set the hours you're available for each day:

Step 4: Configure Channels

  1. Go to Choose your channels
  2. Select a channel to configure
  3. Enable Hide when out of office
