Open Partners → Branding to manage your agency's branding settings. Custom Whitelabel is a separate option, costing €99 per month excluding VAT per agency environment. Client plans are billed separately.
Custom Whitelabel covers your dashboard branding, custom domain, SMTP and widget branding on all subaccounts. Removal of Boei branding is included on those accounts.
Without Custom Whitelabel, each client plan keeps its normal branding rules. Remove Boei branding remains a separate client add-on where needed.
Contact Boei before changing DNS records. We confirm which domain to use and the records needed for your environment. We also help confirm your SMTP settings. Do not copy DNS targets from an unrelated customer's setup.
Partners → Settings → Agency branding shows the settings available to your agency, including your logo, color, product name and branding text. Save your changes and check a client account using Log in.
