The account owner can transfer ownership to an existing team member who has verified their email.
Your websites, widgets, chatbots, agent settings, subscription and API keys stay with the same account. Account emails go to the new owner. Their usual starting account stays the same.
If you remove yourself, you are signed out. Your personal login and access to other accounts remain intact. If you stay, your existing team role determines your access.
An agency using impersonation cannot transfer ownership. The account owner must sign in directly.
