Would like to see an option to make the button smaller (set size) and to determine the (exact) positioning in the corner? (in a product page, the button now appears either on top of the number of products to be ordered or on the return information. (I want the button at the bottom of the viewport anyway)

Boei now has two new features that allow you to work with multiple users 🚀
Subaccounts / subusers
Subusers are commonly created to separate usage by team, product, customer, and more.
Each subuser has its own buttons, helpers, and stats, but it's still billed to the same main Boei account balance.
Administrators can manage the buttons of their subusers but the subuser can only manage their own.
If you don't want to restrict access but all work on the same buttons, you can look into the Collaborators feature.

Your customers can now contact you on WeChat via Boei 🥳
They can scan your WeChat QR Code and start chatting with you on WeChat.
It will work as follows: When the user clicks the WeChat option, he/she will see the QR code of WeChat that you have uploaded in Boei.
This way, customers can scan the QR code and start chatting with you 😀

Re-entering information already shared can be annoying.
A new feature is now available to prefill customer's email and name when they are using the widgets.
It works quite simple with just hidden input fields. You should add the hidden fields to your website and then load Boei regularly.

Some customer ticket-systems need to use a subject line. Inventing a subject line can be difficult so having a field in Boei populated with it works well.
It is now possible to optionally add a subject field in Boei's contact form widget.
Results are shared over Slack, Webhooks, and email.

This bug has now been fixed 💪
The issue was happening for users that have hidden the Boei button, but were still using the custom trigger open it.
Now all interactions are being tracked for these buttons (starting today).

You can now set business hours and hide specific helpers when you are offline.
This helps to reduce phone calls or Whatsapp messages when you are sleeping.
Videos are easier to understand than text, so I made this video to explain how it works:
Helpers are hidden when you are out of office. This comes from a UX perspective: it is annoying to click something, only to find out that it's not available.
This feature is the most upvoted one to date, thanks for your votes 😍

All widgets can now request the name of your customer along with the other information. This is optional.
The field can have any label which allows for international variations as well. The field can be inputted by browser suggestion to help your customers.

Some people would like to understand from which page a user comes.
For Example: Hey there we have a query for [boei_page_title] - [boei_page_url]
This is now available using variables. You can use this for SMS, WhatsApp, and Email.

It is now possible to hide Boei dynamically without any coding.
In the button's configuration page you can find a new setting "Hide on pages". With this you can determine on which page you don't want to show Boei.
Boei will not load on the page that is yourdomain.com/pricing
You can also use wildcards (*).
Boei will not load on pages yourdomain.com/pricingpage and yourdomain.com/pricing_v2?abc
Boei will also review the URL query (e.g. ?id=2).

Next to shape, position, and color, you can now select the icon. There are several different styles available for your liking.
Also, if you don't like the icon, you can upload your image and use any icon you want.

This widget is now ready for all premium plan users!
Visitors can leave their phone number so you can call them back. They have an optional text field to let you know when they are available. The fields are set up as simple as possible to don't annoy the users with select boxes for dates and times.
