Add user management

Having 25, 50, or unlimited buttons, is great, but some of the buttons are meant to be managed only by a part of the team, so it would be great to have the ability to add users to our account, and letting us choose which buttons they have access to.

This serves a double purpose: to allow clients to manage the buttons we set for their sites and to allow collaborators to see only the clients they have assigned.
